Sarah “Sparkles” Ruberg is not only a master of connecting and building relationships; she’s a true advocate for personal branding and embracing one’s authentic self. As the enchanting visionary behind Our Thrive Tribe, Sarah harnesses her superpower to help DSOs and industry partners flourish through transformative consulting, effective social media strategy, and meticulous management. And, while those superpowers keep us going, people come for Sarah’s passion and personality, and stay for the results that come with it.
With a remarkable background spanning a decade in dentistry, Sarah’s journey at the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization (DEO) and two dental marketing companies shaped her into the visionary she is today. Her roles as Director of Culture and Engagement, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Business Development allowed her to dive deep into the heart of the dental community, where her love for the industry blossomed. Witnessing clinicians transition into entrepreneurship ignited her entrepreneurial spirit, leading her to venture from Intrapreneur to Entrepreneur.
It was through those experience that Sarah realized her true calling of building relationships and also recognized the need for authentic relationship-building through social media in dental. Drawing from her vast industry knowledge and wide-reaching connections, she expertly crafts and executes custom strategies that transform businesses. Her clients, enamored by her magic, regain precious time to focus on what they truly love.
